The Starter+ Studio Package
The Starter+ is based on our original School Radio package but brought bang up to date with more than a decade of refinement and cutting edge technology. The Starter+ has been designed to offer all the features and technology you need at a 'break through' price making School Radio accessible to more schools than ever before.
Central to the Starter+ is the Webstation professional broadcast mixer complete with 19" information screen, Myriad interaction and dedicated VoIP channel for Skype. It's simple interface make it idea for novice broadcasters whilst a raft of power features mean that it is suitable for even the most ambition radio projects.
The Webstation is flush mounted into a bamboo finished wooden desk providing a modern, stylish and environmentally friendly studio furniture solution.
In addition to the Webstation, the Starter+ also includes a Myriad LT playout system featuring all the core Myriad features you need for your station, and because the Webstation and Myriad LT are designed to work together, you can also control the software features from user buttons on the mixing desk. To run the software, the PC included features a mini tower case and a 22" touch screen monitor for intuitive control.
The Starter+ also includes our new Myriad AutoPlayer software making playing programs at scheduled times a breeze.
The package is completed with a presenter microphone on an articulated arm, a guest microphone on a desktop mic stand, 2 x headphones and stereo speakers. Everything you need to launch your own School Radio station.
The Starter+ package also features onsite installation and training. This includes delivery to anywhere in mainland UK, half days installation & setup plus a half day of training (but they have to be on the same day).

So the system included in your school radio package is the same technology as we supply to the rest of the radio industry.
Your school radio includes a all the software you need to launch your School Radio station.
Every School Radio Classic Package includes the following Myriad Software applications preinstalled and setup to work with your studio:

Onsite Installation & Training Included
This studio package includes onsite installation and training at any school within mainland UK. Our experienced team will arrive at your site with your pre-built School Radio package and install it in to your chosen location.
Fixed studio packages will be neatly installed and connected to your schools network via the provided network access point.
If you have opted for a portable system then our engineers will show you how to setup the system and answer any questions you may have.
Once the installation / setup is complete, our team member will spend 3-4 hours demonstrating how to use the system and answering all your questions. This training will mainly focus on the software elements although all aspects of your School Radio package will be covered.
Depending on the School Radio package you have ordered and the distance we have travelled, our School Radio installations may be staggered over two days with the engineer staying locally overnight, but don't worry, you will not be charged extra if that is the case.
Additional training sessions (both local and remote) can be arranged for a small additional cost.
The Starter+ School Radio package include twelve months Aftercare which includes the following benefits.

- Access to over 4 hours of tutorial videos
- Electronic product documentation (interactive and PDF)
- Access to extended resources on the School Radio website
